Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. To convert bonus funds (and any winnings generated from them) into withdrawable cash, you must complete the applicable wagering requirement. Wagers made at minimum odds below the specified threshold, or on excluded game categories, will not count towards the wagering requirement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck5666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. ck5666's total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

ck5666 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. ck5666 accepts no liability for losses or inconvenience caused by Platform downtime, provided we take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.

ck5666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 10 business days of receiving a complete written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ck5666 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
